Sprunki: Regretful 5.0 is the fifth entry in the emotional Regretful mod series—and it’s the most intense one so far. Everything here feels heavier. From the faded color palette to the way the characters look back at you with distant eyes, this update leans into memory, melancholy, and quiet reflection.
It’s still Sprunki at its core, but the tone? Way different. The familiar drag-and-drop remix style is still here, but every loop is quieter, more ambient, and designed to hit on a different level. This isn’t just about building a beat—it’s about building a feeling.

Right from the character select screen, you’ll notice the shift. The cast has been reimagined with softer colors, more expressive faces, and outfits that feel worn by time. Each one seems like they’ve been through something—and you’ll hear that in the music they bring.
There are no wild animations or over-the-top expressions here. Everything’s toned down, like watching a memory fade. It’s subtle but powerful, and it sets the mood before you even press play.
Once you’re in the mix zone, the real experience begins. Reversed piano chords, reverberating hums, ambient textures, and broken vocals that almost whisper to you are used in place of lively loops and energetic hits. Not just the rhythm, but the atmosphere is enhanced by each layer. It feels like piecing together a dream you only partially remember when you combine sounds. The loops blend in ways that create space rather than filling it—leaving room for emotion to settle in. It’s oddly comforting and quietly intense at the same time.
One of the standout features in Sprunki Regretful 5.0 is how it handles combos. Instead of loud visual bursts, you get slow-motion scenes, symbolic visuals, and even complete silence. These moments let the mood build naturally, giving you time to sit with the feeling.
