What is Tetrix Online?

Tetrix Online is a browser-based puzzle game inspired by the legendary Tetris. It keeps the same core idea: falling geometric shapes (called tetrominoes) must be arranged to form complete horizontal lines. When a line is filled, it disappears, giving you points and freeing up space.

The game gradually becomes faster and more challenging, testing both your reflexes and strategic thinking as you try to survive as long as possible.

How to Play Tetrix Online

Playing Tetrix Online is easy, but it's very addictive:

• Blocks keep falling from the top of the screen.
• Move and turn them so that they fit in the empty spaces.
• To clear them, fill in all of the horizontal lines.
• Don't let the stack get to the top of the board.

The game gets harder as you clear more lines because the speed goes up.

Controls

Typical controls are very easy to learn:

On Desktop:

• ⬅️ Left Arrow – Move left
• ➡️ Right Arrow – Move right
• ⬆️ Up Arrow – Rotate block
• ⬇️ Down Arrow – Soft drop (faster fall)
• Spacebar – Hard drop (instant drop)

On Mobile:

Tap / swipe to move and rotate blocks

Tips and Strategies

Want higher scores and longer runs? Try these:

• Keep the stack low – Don’t let blocks pile up too high
• Plan ahead – Think about where the next pieces will go
• Leave space for long pieces – Great for clearing multiple lines at once
• Build flat surfaces – Makes placement easier and safer
• Use fast drop wisely – Speed helps, but mistakes cost you

Stay calm under pressure – Speed increases quickly in later stages
