What is BitLife?

BitLife - Life Simulator is a text-based life simulation game developed by Candywriter LLC. Players control a virtual character from birth to death in the game, making choices that affect the course of their whole life.

Every year, you make choices about your career, school, relationships, and way of life. Every choice you make changes your character's stats, like how happy, healthy, smart, and good-looking they are. This leads to different endings and stories.

The Art of the Infinite Sprint

There isn't a clear "end goal" in BitLife. Instead, it has an endless cycle of lives, and each time you play, it feels different.

• Live more than one life and make different choices.
• Try out different jobs, crimes, fame, or family life.
• Find new ways to get to your goals and unexpected results.
• Try chaotic scenarios or replay to get better results.

This “infinite replayability” keeps players hooked, as no two lives ever unfold the same way.

Control

PC or laptop:

• Mouse Click: Choose options and move through menus
• Scroll to see life events, stats, and choices.
• Buttons/Menu: Get to know your activities, relationships, and jobs.

Mobile/ tablet:

• Tap to make choices and interact with events
• Swipe or scroll to move around menus and timelines.
• "Age" Button: Move your character's life forward by one year.

The controls are simple and menu-based, making the game easy to play on any device.
